After more than 70 years, we’re coming home to Caulfield. This is our chance to contribute to the legacy of Australia’s largest Jewish day school. Mount Scopus is returning to Melbourne’s Jewish heartland and creating a new place of belonging for all.
This is a unique opportunity to relocate students from early learning to Yr 12, back in the heart of our community. More than 95 per cent of students live within 5km of the Caulfield site, where a purpose-built campus will provide modern facilities for future generations of Mount Scopus students.
The practical benefits of locating the school in Melbourne’s Jewish heartland include improved affordability through resource consolidation and the ability to deliver a seamless, whole-of-school experience — now bringing three campuses together in Caulfield to foster connection, collaboration and community.
Central to this project is ensuring our students develop the knowledge, skills, attitudes and values to be strong contributors to society, while being imbued with a strong sense of Jewish identity and confidence to connect, contribute and belong across all year levels and generations.
